The Global Sustainable Scalable Technologies and Economic Hubs (SUSTECH) cluster, initiated by Skyquest Technology Consulting Private Limited, aims to create Sustainable and Scalable Economic Corridors globally through Science, Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. It envisions integrating innovative solutions across industries and daily lives to drive economic growth, improve quality of life along with environmental sustainability

The mission is to drive policy change and facilitate faster adoption of innovative and sustainable technologies by actively bringing together key Stakeholders, Change-makers, Game-changers and Government, especially First Movers / Early Adopters, Experience Public Procurement Experts/ Consultants, Innovators, Entrepreneurs, and Investors

The cluster focuses on five key areas: Critical Infrastructure, Water, One Health, Food Security, and Air. SUSTECH also enhances awareness through outreach programs and builds a global network of stakeholders for collaboration on sustainable initiatives.
Our Inspiration
Ancient wisdom meets modern innovation, creating a harmonious blend of tradition and technology. The Global SUSTECH initiative draws its inspiration from the profound acient philosophies of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and Panchamahabhuta.
Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, the idea that the world is one family, emphasizes global unity and cooperation—essential for tackling the pressing issue of climate change. Meanwhile, the Panchamahabhuta philosophy highlights the interconnectedness of the five fundamental elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. This holistic approach underpins our mission to integrate sustainable technologies across various sectors, ensuring a balanced and harmonious relationship with our environment.
By aligning our focus areas with these elements, we aim to drive innovation and sustainability in food security, water management, critical infrastructure, health, and air.
Food Security (Prithvi - Earth)
Earth represents stability, nourishment, and growth, which are essential for food security. Ensuring sustainable agricultural practices, soil health, and food production aligns with the element of Earth, as it provides the foundation for human sustenance and nutrition.
Water (Jal - Water)
Water is vital for life, symbolizing fluidity, purification, and adaptability. The focus on water management, conservation, and ensuring clean and accessible water sources directly corresponds to the element of Water, which is crucial for drinking, agriculture, and sanitation.
Critical Infrastructure (Agni - Fire)
Fire signifies energy, transformation, and power. Critical infrastructure, such as energy systems, transportation, and communication networks, embodies the element of Fire. These systems drive progress, enable connectivity, and transform resources into usable forms, powering modern society.
One Health (Akasha - Ether)
Ether represents the space in which all elements exist and interact, symbolizing interconnectedness and the essence of life. The One Health approach, which integrates human, animal, and environmental health, aligns with Ether. It emphasizes the interconnectedness of all life forms and the environment, promoting a holistic approach to health and well-being.
Air (Vayu - Air)
Air is essential for respiration, movement, and life force. The focus on air quality and pollution control corresponds to the element of Air, highlighting the importance of clean air for health, environmental sustainability, and overall quality of life.

Shriya Damani is the Co-Founder and CEO of SkyQuest Technology Consulting Pvt. Ltd., specializing in global market intelligence and innovation management. With an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, she has a robust background in technology research and project management. As the Past Chair of YFLO Ahmedabad, she has promoted entrepreneurship and professional excellence among women. Shriya is a member of the Innovation Task Force under UN ESCAP, contributing to Sustainable Development Goals through various initiatives. She has received several accolades, including the Sambhavana Award for Most Innovative Leader. Shriya has partnered with global entities such as the United Nations Development Programme’s global South-South technology exchange programme and multinational corporations. Her work with SkyQuest has supported SMEs, improved employability, and facilitated global partnerships, driving positive change in multiple sectors.

Varun is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in policy advisement and strategic planning, notably serving as the Chief Operation Officer at the European Business and Technology Centre (EBTC) in New Delhi, India. His tenure with the Government of India, where he worked as an Advisor and Project Manager for public-private partnership projects, equipped him with invaluable insights into infrastructure development and governmental collaboration. At EBTC, Varun spearheaded initiatives like the Europe-India Smart Cities Programme and the Europe-India Transport Cluster, fostering impactful collaborations between Europe and India in sustainable development and technology transfer. His dedication to innovation and sustainability, coupled with a nuanced understanding of international trade dynamics, has been instrumental in advancing strategic partnerships and fostering cross-border cooperation.

Jan Wende is the founder and managing partner of Mediq Innovation Experts, a Europe-based consulting group specializing in healthcare, HealthTech, and Digital Health. He studied International Business Administration at Accadis Business School in Germany and the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
Over 18 years, Jan has introduced 60+ innovations to the European market through partnerships with 50 leading clinics. His team collaborates with organizations and corporations across Europe, Israel, the U.S., and China. Recently, he launched three innovation accelerator programs with government agencies and health insurers.

With a distinguished career path, Nitin has held pivotal leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Gujarat Gas Limited, where he orchestrated a successful merger to create India's largest City Gas Distribution company. His tenure as CEO at GSPL INDIA TRANSCO LIMITED showcased his strategic acumen in steering business direction and fostering innovation-centric cultures. Nitin's expertise spans executive management, strategic planning, business development, and human resources, underpinned by a solid track record of driving organizational growth amidst challenging market dynamics.

Dr. Walker has a strong background in engineering consulting and has contributed to numerous research projects and publications. His expertise spans across various sectors, making him a distinguished figure in his field. He specializes in water treatment and water resources, with extensive experience in desalination, groundwater management, and sustainable water solutions. His work integrates advanced technologies like AI-driven virtual prospecting and eco-conscious drilling to access climate-resilient underground water sources.

Jaimin is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of a remarkable career managing multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects in the USA and India. With a global experience of working with Top 10 ENR ranked construction and project management, and Fortune 500 companies, his expertise range from planning to executing and delivering construction projects and mega programs. As the visionary co-founder of InCoBAN and a founder of KBM Infra Consultants, he has offered specialized services in construction management, notably contributing to India’s first “Bullet Train” Mumbai Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Project (C-6) for Larsen & Toubro. As a Technical Director of AECOM India, he has led the execution of one of the largest Program India has ever undertaken, Dholera Special Investment Region. His strategic leadership and wealth of expertise ensured the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. As a former Senior Engineering Manager at Samsung C&T, he contributed significantly to projects like the construction of one of India's tallest buildings for Oberoi Realty, demonstrating his profound impact on the infrastructure and rail sectors. Since 2000, he has been passionately serving in different capacities at the non-profit organization, AACE International, USA, holding positions from President of Southern California to being on the Board of Directors-International Regions.
